WARRANTY

LT Golf warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year, from the date of the original purchase.  We will repair or replace products at our option.  Normal wear and tear and sun fading of this product are not considered a manufacturer defect.  This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, accident or improper use.  This warranty applies to purchases from authorized retailers or distributors only. LT Golf is the sole judge of any claim or warranty.

A Return Authorization number (RA) must be obtained from LT Golf Customer Service prior to returning any merchandise.  Our customer service department can be reached Monday through Friday from 8 am -5 pm CST at 830-257-9207.  Item returned without proper authorization are subject to refusal or significant delay in processing the request.  LT Golf requires the original purchase receipt from the date of purchase.  Shipping to LT Golf is the responsibility of the customer.  LT Golf will credit the cost of standard ground shipping only, once the product is deemed defective. 

We will repair or replace any item that has a manufacturing defect.  Manufacturer defects include:  broken zippers, torn seams, irregular tubes, sewing errors, etc. 

We will contact the customer or account with the following options, if not repairable:

      1.  Re-ship the same style product or similar style.

      2.  Credit the customer/account the original purchase price.

Please take care to pack return items carefully, to ensure that no damage will occur in shipping.

 

SHIPPING

What is the average delivery time? 

All order are shipped via UPS ground.  UPS will not ship to PO Boxes.  Call LT Golf to place the order so other shipping arrangements can be made. Delivery times average 3 to 7 business days but may vary slightly depending upon your location.

Will you ship items overnight, 2-day, or international?

Absolutely, if the customer is willing to pay the extra charges for delivery.  However these orders must be made by telephone 830-257-9207 8AM to 5PM CST.

How much do the bags weigh?

The cart bags weight between 7.2-7.8 lbs.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is free within continental United States. Custom shipping rates may apply for orders outside continental United States.

 

Returns

What is the return policy?

All returns must be in its original packaging and LT Golf box.  Please call first for the return address (830-257-9207).  We will not accept returns after 30 days.

Once we have received the item in good order, we will credit the amount due, minus all shipping costs.

 

Order Cancellations

Please note that EazyGolfBag.com processes your order electronically.  Your order may be in process soon after you press the "Complete Purchase". Changes cannot be made to an order; cancellation for the order may be required. Orders cannot be canceled if the merchandise has shipped.
